Most of us start with the default interface, learn how the game works, play with a few mods and only then slowly start to build up to the ugly cluttered bullshit you see in that shot.

By time you get to that point it's all second nature so you can read everything almost at a glance.

i do that fight without a pally's fr aura, pushing nearly 300 fr. With that much you can stand in mag's fire and hardly break a sweat

I'd have a word with your healers if they really can't afford to throw you a HoT/flash now and then.

Phants, Tremore totem *pulses*. It doesn't prevent fear, only removes it on a pulse. The rogues can still run through a spit before it pulses. But again this should be nothing you pve powerhouses don't know, so I don't even know why I mention it.

resists isnt always everything imo, sure it helps for certain toons in certains encounters. but often people give up far too many vital stats to up there resists.....that, and have extra gear in my bags takes up too much room and i just want to fill it with random grey lootz

If DPS classes can't muster 150 FR without totally gimping their DPS, perhaps they really should consider whether they are ready for the end-game instance that is Molten Core.
