Ringer - Was a little slow tbh, not sure that the pilot has really grabbed me, but hopefully will pick up a bit.. I'll keep watching for now. Reminded me a bit of Vampire Diaries/Twilight/The Craft, with disappointingly, no hotties.
Lost Girl & Jersey Shore
Check out The Fades. BBC made supernatural thriller. I really liked it. (IMDb rates it 3.5 even though the actual avg is 8.4). The major review places all rated it well. It's also completely serious, not campy or comedic.

Just watched episode of Geordie Shore. Newcastle, England version of Jersey Shore if not obvious, just as much of a train wreck.

I'm re-watching Star Trek Voyager. It's so cheesy, but so good.

Haha I have watched the voyager series 3 whole times now lol. Loved it, mmmm 7 of 9. But I remember seeing an interview with "Captian Janeway" where she was saying she would never let her kids watch the show and has never seen an ep in her life because she hated it so much =(!

I'm just heading towards the end of season six of TNG, after which I think I'll jump straight to Voyager... although I might watch DS9.

I never was a Trekkie, but it's good watching.

I've been doing TNG and Voyager side by side for the last year ish? on and off.
Up to last few eps of S6 for TNG and 6 episodes from finishing Voyager.

I could never get into DS9 coz every time I went to watch it on TV it was always fucken boring no action episodes, so I don't think I could get through it all. Was there every much action in DS9?

Was thinking about watching Babylon 5 again, loved that series.

DS9 got a little interesting when the Dominion started messing things up, can't remember which series that was.

B5 was awesome, I used to pop round to a mates place with some goodies from the Strathmore bakery and watch it on saturday afternoons.

mmmm pies

Any time I saw B5 when I was younger it always felt like watching Days of our Lives in space. Did it have much in the way of action or cool sci-fi stuff?

BSG would be a broad comparison to B5. It accepts the sci-fi setting and gets on with telling good stories rather than getting all jingo-tastic and treky. It's more character and plot driven but it does still have some good action. B5 has a bit more humour and isn't as gritty, it's also fairly PG on the swearing and sex but this doesn't detract.

Ah, I see. I was never a fan of fantasy tech, I like what I consider good "sci-fi" stories, like that TNG episode where Dr Crusher gets trapped in an ever shrinking universe.

But when every episode gets resolved with "what if we blah blah techno babble handwave bullshit?" "it just might work!" it gets boring.

So far I've checked out Charlies Angels (lol fail material), Revenge (might improve), Free Agents (meh), 2 Broke Girls (ugh), The Playboy Club (crap), Person of Interest (best of the bunch so far), Ringer (another disappointment) and Unforgettable (interesting concept, shame about the crap execution).

An Idiot Abroad was good too, though hardly new.
