Steam is a good place to get cheap games.

However, now they charge per region. COD4 used to be $45USD, until activision caught on, and changed the price for anyone in ocieana to $85 USD. While its still $45USD in the states. Its pure price gouging. Its not like you have to pay for shipping, or translation or anything.

- Word 2007 and it's attempt to "streamline" mail merges - took me 45 minutes more than it used too (and that was mostly trying to find where they'd put the frickin tabs).
- People not doing what they were requested to do and then telling the customer that it was my fault.
- Having to explain to another organisation why this is their problem and not ours, when it's apparent that I know more about what they do than the monkey I'm speaking with on the phone ("oh we don't do that", then why is your number listed on your website right under a heading about that?).
- Said organisation also trying to send me their work - and then acting surprised when I tell them to fuck off (obviously not in those words).
