No plate-number, no date, MIGHT be able to guess the place, no accurate way to judge the speed from that vid. Unless p01s0n admits to wrongdoing, it doesn't matter - there are no grounds to charge anyone on.

So given that, if not in a court of law, where would the opinion count for squat? Anecdotes are not law and have no weight beyond "You've been a bad boy, don't let me catch you doing this".

Dylan contacts KFC and informs them of this tragedy. It takes him a few months to get a response(i think he sent maybe 2 emails total?)

NZ Marketing Manager sends him a coupon for a Deluxe Quarter Pack

Dylan sends it to me in the mail

I post that I'm going to make it a grand event, video/photograph and make it LOLtastic and post it up

I'm not motivated / can't be bothered

p01s0n throws a bit of wobbly saying i have no respect or something and Dylan went out of his way to get me the voucher

some time passes

I use voucher and report back that it's the most disgusting experience i've ever had.. A QUARTER PACK that is.

I've since been back to KFC and had a burger and fries, I forget what burger but I thought it was really nice and would have again, what I would never ever have again is a Quarter Pack. It's just a greasy mess

Not really, even if his bro was a highway patrol cop regularly checking speeds down rural roads he would have to have years upon years of experience to make even a rough estimate of the kind of speed he was doing based on that sort of footage from that height and even then it wouldn't stand up in court.

Helious could of course find out the road, travel down and measure the exact distance he travels between points vs the time and prove his point. It's a worthwhile endeavour rather than admitting defeat, especially after the KFC travesty.
