The Big Nokia/Microsoft Windows 8 announcement and unveiling of devices will be tomorrow.

I expect we'll see phones that pretty much look like thinner Lumia 900's that look like they're running Windows 8 and that they'll set some tentative date for availability of the first ones in the US around November/December. It will be highly underwhelming I'm sure. I am pretty keen to see a Nokia Lumia w8 tablet though as I'll most likely buy one.

Meanwhile the new iPhone will be announced in a couple of weeks and be available EVERYWHERE within a month. It will announce ground breaking new innovation and Samsung will scramble to figure out how they will reply.

Should be an interesting few weeks coming up

Gave the SGS3 to my girlfriend last night, and have gone back to my IP4S. SGS3 was very nice, but prefer the iPhone/iOS combo.

We'll see once I have one. In Safari I like being able to go from back button bottom left to search window top right with my left-hand thumb with no effort. If The New Safari goes omnibar that won't be as much of an issue.

slenderphone is kind of gay, will prolly buy one because the A6 will shit all over everything and the camera will be fucking amazing, but overall I won't be too happy about the formfactor.

Samsung are going to sell a lot more Windows 8 phones than Nokia.
