I'd dispute the Iceman selection...McCaw had to carry the additional burden of the captancy duties, his performance against Australia was a master class for a modern flaker...he totally took pocock to school. Plus he carried an injury requiring surgery throughout the tourney, yet fronted whenever he was called upon. I dont think we would have won the RWC 2011 without him.
