Passing legislation is not an achievement ffs - THEY ARE THE GOVT. - WITH A MAJORITY - OMG they passed a legislation!?!!

An achievement is when those policies get the results that National said they would. Two years in they haven't.

Most financial policies & legislation take fucking ages before there's notable direct effect, and at the end of the day that's what most of National's policies are, so perhaps not that surprising that at only two years you're not seeing much.
