Easiest Naan/Pizza base in the world
Easiest, most simple pizza base I've ever found, and doubles as an awesome naan
1C Self-Raising Flour 1C Natural Greek Yoghurt Mix, roll out, done. Bake on 200 for an awesome pizza base, fry on stovetop for a naan-like alternative.

Bought a Kenwood Cooking Chef yesterday http://www.kenwoodworld.com/en-NZ/Al.../Cooking-Chef/. My primary motivations where caramalising onions and cooking risotto. Both worked perfectly.
The onions in particular impressed me. I took eight Spanish onions, chopped them using a cutter that looked suitable added some oil and cooked them on 100 whilst sweating and then 105 while caramalising for 2 hours total. The result was chocolate coloured onions done to ineffable perfection. So in a sense does not save a second but you never need to stir by hand again. |

I finally got round to trying this and can confirm its very easy and also very tasty. Probably the first pizza base I've ever eaten where I enjoy the crust.

Ditto - tried this out one the kids at the weekend - nothing was left on the plate... very easy & tasty. Might also give you a good dose of the farts...
