Random math sorta question.

Say I live in a flat and get paid monthly each 15th. And I pay my rent each 15th for 4 weeks. I realise that now and again I would have to pay for an extra week since between the 15th and the 15th there can be less/more days sometimes.

My question is over the period of a year, how often would i have to pay the extra week?

Well there's only 1 month of the year that paying for four weeks would cover the whole month (Feb, obviously).
The rest of the year you are not paying for a total of 29 days. So you will have to pay 4 times.
