The amount of 'barely covering the ass' skirts in the capital today.

27 degrees today, only wish there was a little more of a southern wind to cool it down slightly.

Going down to the beach, swimming, reading, chilling, swimming some more, and then coming home absolutely encrusted with salt to have a cold beer on the deck and watch the bunnies frolic OMG

Pigs obediently following me in single file through long grass too high for them to see over aside from the line cleared where I walk all the way back to where they escaped was pretty sweet, didn't have to go back and grab food or anything to make them come yay.

Combined with getting a chance to take a good wander on the Wellington waterfront (Prior to needing to come in here to work)

I've never had buckwheat pancakes. Are they really that much better than regular flour pancakes?

i highly recommend these ones with buckwheat groats (that's groats, not flour). Sometimes you can lose the "floppiness" of gluten if you substitute wheat flour, but these pancakes were perfect. They were so good i'm not going to make wheat flour pancakes for a long time.

New Zealand summer.

Just had a mint game of soccer followed up by a swim with mates at Cornwallis beach. All we needed was a BBQ.

Yea we just spent all day playing backyard cricket with rest breaks on the couch watching the real cricket, then followed up with a mungus BBQ with steaks, saussies, hash browns and eggs.
Magic!

Over the weekend the weather was so bloody brilliant I went for a ride on Saturday around the coro loop (Auckland-Thames-Coromandel-Whitianga-Thames-Auckland). Then on Sunday I went to Morrinsville (taking the long way) to visit my Mum and back. Must have run up about 700kms on the scooter, but it was bloody great. Now I have totalled over 9000kms in under 4 months, but I have visited parts of NZ that I had never previously been to.

In the last couple of weeks: I have had my first cook strait ferry crossing, first time in the South Island, first time in Christchurch, furtherest south in my lifetime (Winchester), first motorcycle rally (Magpie Madness in Winchester), first time in Coromandel, first time in Whitianga.
I am loving life on 2 wheels and the great weather doesn't hurt.

No problem - done as requested.

Are these delivery details still correct. ?
and see that they've sent it to my old address, instead of the address i had thoughtfully updated weeks ago.

Wait what, they took years to send you a freebie, and then only after the whole show changed hands?

It really oils my gear when I overclock the shit out of my cpu and it runs 28 degress idle and 35-40 degrees under load.

I'm nearly 2hours into a "Torture Test" with Prime95 and it's humming along nicely. Prime95 is able to get my temps on each core to 47-50 degrees, but that's EXTREME load. No application or game will do anything like this to it.

I'm going to let this test run for 12-24hours before I stop it.

I'm pretty happy right now.

edit: I used this guide to pro me out http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/24...ds-duals-guide
