I voted about three times this morning thanks to phone disconnections and paper misfeeds on the pictorial telegraph thingy.

I thought the election process is a bit dodgy even here. I rocked up to the voting booth with my easy vote card (sort of the express service card), and the lady who handed me the ballot papers didn't even check my ID, so in principle someone could have taken my easy vote card and voted on my behalf.

Yeah I didn't get asked for ID either.. they take the card, check your name off the list and that's it.

Have they ever asked for ID?
My flatmate is disillusioned with Labour and is abstaining. I wanted to take his easyvote card to another polling place but he thought I was joking :/
