MSNBC - 43% reporting, 4 point lead to Obama. Looks like it could be his.

I think this state needs its own thread as well. So far it's going Obama's way with >40% counted. Interesting to see that the densely populated areas (esp Miami) are the ones swinging it to Dem. Also no surprise to see the age split.

Looks like the young'uns are actually getting out and voting!

Merge-o-rific.

Jinx be damned. If this election goes to the Republicans then it won't be voodoo, it'll be the utter retardness and/or complacency of the US population.

And if that happens and it doesn't go all 'Escape from New York' over there then I'll be a disappointed man.

Maybe. But that's why Ab put them in one convenient location out of OD so you wouldn't have to wander in here complaining.

But I see you've naturally gravitated to where the attention is focussed for the day...

Hmm... most websites saying Florida 'too close to call'. 56% reporting and Obama in the lead by 1%...

Hey pissant, I asked an innocent question. If you two want to keep this forum shitfight free, then shut the fuck up and stop trolling for a fight. You both deserve a yellow card, imo.

59% reporting does not mean that 59% of the votes are counted (I believe). It means that 59% of the voting places are reporting their stats.

man, republicans are getting really angry.

My 18 yo son is livid. He asked how can they (the media) do this. He said the votes aren’t even all counted and they’re calling stuff for Obama. He is so pissed at the media. He said the media should be forbidden from even commenting on the results until all of the votes are counted.
yea except that is against their constitution...

The economic crisis certainly helped Obama but it's still fucking impressive the turnaround in the US to actually wake up, get out, and elect him. So props to them for that. I can stop abusing them now.

ps. I've already cracked the celebratory JD's
