Dear photoshop gurus, I call on you for assistance in pursuit of a noble cause.

This mate of mine was used as a demo body in a demonstration of strapping an injured ankle at a physio clinic. The photo deserves to be used as a tool to inflict good-natured ribbing slash lasting psychological damange.

I would appreciate the assistance of anyone willing and able to help me in this quest.
