HDMI splitter

So I bought this newfangled device which of course has HDMI output.

Alas, my setup is a media server, an HD panel and PC speakers. So I need something to split out HDMI video and 3mm audio.

Any recommendations? I've had a look around, nothing stands out.

I found what I was looking for. Turns out the correct terminology is extractor rather than splitter.
