Horde + Alliance Parties?

Just a quick Q, can a party be made up of horde and alliance characters or just one faction?

Surely characters of opposing factions can't enter each other's cities, but what's to stop characters of opposing factions just hanging out somewhere in the wilderness?

Also, can you kill characters of opposing factions on a non PVP server?

no opposing factions cannot group

you can hang out and if you speak a common toungue you can talk to them...do it in ratchet or booty bay even

yes you can kill them, they can flag themselves for pvp , or they hit a guard/ you hit a guard, they hit you etc....
