I know a few facts around his case he’s facing extradition for.
His legal team where pushing to bring it forward as much as possible as they knew funds would run out, instead a ruling was made to push it out and additional year to 3 years asked for by the prosecutor.
This is because there is no actual clause of extradition for copyright breaches(PRE TTPA), so instead he is being extradited on charges of running a organised criminal cartel. For which they need more time to prepare prosecution as the burden of proof is higher.
I know that 1.1 million dollars of the 3 million put aside to campaign for the internet party ended up being re-absorbed by his legal defensive team.
I have assumed from his statement that he is out of cash, but still has assets.

I worked on a couple of multi month projects that were connected to KDC around the election
I formed a really good relationship with his PA Mikey, the 2nd phase of our projects didn’t go thru because the funding.
