Sanders was born and raised in Brooklyn - he's more New York than she is.

Nonetheless, fivethirtyeight is forecasting a huge win for Clinton. But that's not for a few weeks so we'll see what happens in the meantime.

I see that Bernie just won Wyoming.
That's 8 wins of the last 9 apparently. |

I still stand by my "fairytale" comment of earlier, and reaffirm that anyone who thinks Clinton isn't going to be the Dem candidate is dreaming.

He's still a long way behind Hillary though. The gap between those two is larger than the gap between Drumpf and Cruz.
Edit: Ab beat me to it. |

Yeah, I'm fully aware that he has a very slim chance of getting in.
But we can dream... |

And yes it's probably a bigger gap, but it is only a 2 horse race, where the republicans have every man and his dog. |

I'll be interested to see what happens if it comes to a Republican Convention, in the event Drumpf doesn't get enough delegates on his own - wait and see what happens in the next few primaries I guess!

Trump really hurt himself with his abortion comments last week. That sort of rightwing sexist Christian nuttery might solidify his support among the rabid Republican base but it fucks him with women in general, which is, you know, a bigger group.
Or, as Nate Silver put it, "It's a lot harder to win 51% of 100% then 35% of 35%." |

Wyoming caucuses: 56%-44%, Sanders wins. Pledged delegate count: 7-7 even. Superdelegates included: 14-7, Clinton wins. Grats Hillary. Trump is even using it as a talking point. Quote:

Ah well, Burnie is pretty much out of the race now with losing in NY. He would have had a slim chance if he had won but not now unfortunately.

I find it funny that Trump only complains when he doesn't win all the delegates in a state - yet he was fairly happy with his result in Florida (which he won)...no complaints then eh?

And Trump takes all 5 states in today's primaries. Sigh.
http://www.politico.com/story/2016/0...keaways-222507 On the Democratic side, I suspect Bernie's just about dead in the water though. Last edited by The Edge : 28th April 2016 at 00:16. |

I reckon he could've had a chance. He needed to start campaigning like a year and a half earlier though. It's taken half the primary process for a hell of a lot of the voters to even find out who he is. Clinton has a huge name recognition advantage. You don't want to go into the election against that unprepared for it.

Yeah he could do that. If he's dumb enough to hand the Presidency to Trump.
