Google gonna Google. It's a product no-one wants and no-one asked for created by nerds at one of the world's most internetworked tech companies and designed to hoover up data for advertising.

It's too early. The only place someone will be able to effectively use it, is in exactly the same places as they have a current gen console or PC.

While it's unique, it's uniqueness isn't a benefit. If connectivity infrastructure can improve, and the service can keep afloat until I can whip out a controller on a 5G connection and play a game on my nearest screen/headset, then great. Until then, it gets a huge meh.

You mean, whip out a credit card and buy a game. Even if you already own that game on another platform.
