Uninstall all traces of Flash, run Ccleaner(inc regcleaner via the same app), install install_flash_player_11_active_x_64bit and then install_flash_player_11_plugin_64bit

assuming you have a 64bit OS/win7

if result the same, check your video drivers are up to date(lol if that fixes it!~) how out of date were they :P

yeah - win7x64
vid drivers were new/latest at Xmas (this is new rig courtesy of Stalk3r)

other googling also suggested the flash re-install.... but the untick fixed it.

Mid-December is fairly old - probably a good idea to grab new drivers anyway, and then you can see if you can get hardware accelerated video goodness working again.
