What series number are they up to now? I only watched a couple of eps, and couldn't get into it because I kept forgetting when it was on (UKTV is like that - looks too much like Prime and TV One). An old guy at the pub inidcated that it had taken a darker turn with kidnappings and forced drug use and the inevitable revenge killings.

I've only watched the first ep so I don't know what to make of this one yet. Sort of has the feel that they try to be edgy for the sake of it.

Hustle has started back up.

Funnily enough I was reminded about No Heroics the other day because I was watching The Trip w/Steeve Coogan and Rob Brydon and I was desperately scratching my head over where I recognised his assistant from....it was Electro Clash from No Heroics!

Also I hear they are remaking Shameless in the US; I believe it stars William H Macy?

Started watching Damages last night, this show is freaking awesome!

Soon as I saw Rose Byrne's name in the opening credits I was sold regardless....hot

Since the last time I checked Never Mind the Buzzcocks season 24 aired, many lols in the episodes I've watched so far. Terry Wogan's turn at hosting was particularly good.

Instead of working / sleeping I just watched misfits. Pretty cool series.

The end did get a little silly but the humour levels ramped up to compensate.

I can't wait to see the american version where all of them are really good looking.

Entertaining few hours.

The S08 is the UK series that the US series is based on.

Had a quick flick though E01S01 of new US version of Skins yesterday. Beginning and end are exact copies of the first UK episode, rest could be too. They are going for the same feel but I can't see it working for the US.

Yeah but from what I've read he can't be back (given the implied ending). He did really grow as a character, moreso than many of the others.
