"2005: Lee Seung Seop, a 28-year-old South Korean, collapsed of fatigue and died after playing StarCraft for almost 50 consecutive hours in an Internet cafe."

What I'm getting at is that it's not, as Gentle says, cheaper than it was five years ago - going by the thread he linked to.

I'm operating on the assumption that Drgnfire was in NZ at the time.

more reliable sources than an nzgames thread agree with your conclusion.

interesting to see that the difference in price between LPG and petrol has closed considerably too...

Yes, but going by that graph is looks like the LPG price is reviewed monthly, so I would expect the gap to go back to normal on that graph in a months time.

maybe the games played were hard out. i've played qwtf for that kind of time. it's easy to just sit on your ass and play a game you enjoy ... back in the day when people actually came on at all hours of the night. sleep becomes meh - especially when you might have had plenty of sleep previously because of over-gaming the days before that

Getting into the top 100 (#70) worldwide laptimes for a Ferrari 599GTB at High Speed Ring on GT5 Prologue. Highest kiwi as well. Granted, it's just one type of car on one track... but still, sometimes it's the little things

All about changing the way I spend my money, which is why I'm happy about being on target so far, cause obviously my self control with the eftpos is working

Across 2x credit-cards, ~$19K.

Please don't ask how it got that high. You would be ignored.

Yep - love seeing that - our beans are flowering too - go little bee's go!!

With all the talk of people paying off their credit cards I thought I should check on the status of my personal loan - just discovered I finished paying it off 3 weeks ago! W00T!

Life. Currently life is what oils my gears. And in some ways that worries me, because even though i'm pretty broke I don't seen money making me much happier, so perhaps i'm peaking too early? Meh, I can worry about that when life decides to kick my ass until then...

Good girl, good mates, good budz, good games, good fitness (well compared to my usual level). Life is fucking good.

Oh and proposing tomorrow also.

You guys oil my gears as well. All of ya!
