I guess what she's doing is visualising the word and then phonetically enunciating the letters in reverse order. It's an interesting trick but she's not talking backwards.

There's a few phone apps that will record your voice then play it back in reverse. For a few moments of entertainment re-record yourself repeating back what it puts out

Fushnikins did a video clip which they recorded and then played backwards for visual fun. Their lip syncing wasn't bad. Apparently it was a bitch for them. Can't remember the track.

They had some pretty quick rapping so that must have been fun to work out.
