would dearly love to play. Beta vids look fantastic and faithful to original CoH concept. But i can't call myself a gamer no more. No gaming rig, no time. le sigh.

For shame. Who is making CoH2? Didn't the parent go under?

It should be noted that CoH1 has been re-released on steam in a new package, with segas intro, and now no longer uses THQs login for the game. Its also no longer split into all the expansions, just 1 title.

Anyone know any good places/channels to find replays? I saw a random one of YT that was fun to watch. Too lazy to find original CoH thread.

Sweet, they have vids. For a moment I thought it might be only in-game replays and installing CoH is like half a day's work. Thanks bro!

Well, two games in, it's pretty fun. Not sure about the blizzards, they do seem to give the game a bit of pacing.

Level 23 so far. Some decent fun, although lagging opponents are a drag. All the different kinds of infantry grouping is cool, they play a huge role. Nothing like baiting with only one tank and then blowing away 3-4 heavies with panzerschreck infantry hidden nearby.
Blizzards and all that are okay. It can break up an otherwise fast paced game when everything freezes. In the snow you can try pull off risky flanking maneuvers. And you have to listen out for tanks trying to flank (or get infantry to do that for you.) US$80 is a bit of an ask... but it looks like the game delivers.

Free to keep this weekend:
