Auto-exposure could attribute for that. This video has excellent tracking for an objected added post. Especially since the object and the car aren't stationary.

Not really - if it was auto-exposure then the object should be contrasting out with little detail due to being in the bright sky. It doesn't - it instead has wonderfully sharp detail with little to no contrast.

Except the object is mysteriously stable whenever another object is in frame. It only really shakes around when it is by itself in the close in zoom. UFO hoaxes like this are becoming very common now as 3d rendering and video editing software becomes easier and easier to use.
