Nope, it's laggy as anything for me too, that's on 10 mbit.

Also tried from within an ISP office yesterday and wasn't much better.

Also I dont' know how they stream it but letting it play and then rewinding, or pausing then playing, doesn't seem to make it any better...it sucks
