Saying? It's what happens. People act out their bullshit all the time and then have a cry when they're called out about it.

Rolling eyes

And the other bunch of muppets continues their reign. What's that? Things that weren't a problem before the election are now acknowledged as important issues that need addressing? Who would have thunk.

Apparently high prices in Auckland housing market aren't to do with limited available areas to build, growing urban populations, combined with a very profitable investment market.

It turns out it's just the RMA! *phew*, that's just a piece of legislation, we'll have affordable houses in NZ in no time!

Speaking of Auckland,

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/business/n...ectid=11345438

Boomer buys chunk of East Tamaki land for $630,000 in 1993, sells it today for $40 million.

At the time, that was just all Farm Land. Te Irirangi drive didn't exist (although the way the artical talks, it says it did.
I don't even think Botany Town centre existed.
And there was definitely a lot less talk about there being no land available for housing.

NZ's Children Commissioner:

Mr Wills said it was wrong he did not have to pay tax on the increase in value of a share portfolio or rental property.

"I should pay tax on that increase in my wealth, just the same as I would on income," he said.
He crazy? Advocating the collapse of society?

Meh? Is that the word? Because, really, I don't give a fuck in what capacity the PM has been talking to Slater. The whole Dirty Politics is so pre-election. The public voted that they don't care about Dirty Politics.

Some of the public did, a democracy is an oppositional system thus requires opposition.

Besides, the public voted on the information made available, which the government has admitted to only releasing where the release is in it's own interest or it has been compelled to release the information.

Can you define oppositional then? Because I'm thinking that democracy caters for opposition, but it's not essential (i.e. what if everyone agrees!).

He won't get deported over a dangerous driving conviction, he'll get deported over lying on his immigration papers.

That's why such forms say "are you a member of a terrorist organisation?"
