By the time he turns 16 I think Princess will have him locked in a box and be feeding him through a hole.

He may be five now but I've been watching in amazement as females melt over this kid for at least two and a half years already. There's been an unbroken line of female daycare workers, kindy helpers, and preschool teachers who have fallen in love with him, it went from funny to facepalm fast. Verbatim quote from a female teacher: "He gets into mischief but whenever I try to tell him off he just looks at me with those eyes and I forget what I was going to say". Princess and I have actually had Serious Family Meetings where we've had to say "Look, this isn't healthy, Marshall needs to be disciplined, we're not paying money to have someone gaze dreamily into his eyes while letting him do whatever he wants, we need him TO HAVE A TEACHER." Every nine months as he's moved from daycare group to kindy class to preschool class I've had a new pair of ovaries bawling her eyes out begging me to bring him back to visit or asking to be invited to his birthday party.

He's been running on instinct to this point, god have mercy on us all if he actually starts doing it deliberately.

I had one female teacher come to Marshall's fourth birthday party on the day of her own daughter's birthday. Aside from the question of "who has teachers come to their parties", this woman came to Marshall's birthday party on her own daughter's birthday.

I know what signs to look for. Like, if I pop in to the school office to pay a bill or drop off a permission slip or something like that and there's a framed photo of Marshall sitting next to the computer - not "class photo of the kids", just a single photo of Marshall - I know he's done it to someone else.

Mums are really wanky about how their kids look.
Dads are practical and realise that a shaved head is not only the meanest of all looks AND will reduce hair washing time but will all know that shaving off "HIS/HER BEAUTIFUL LOCKS!!" will net you no sex for a week or so.

Mothers tend to obsess over their sons hair, as short hair means "my little boy is growing up". Weirdly they don't tend to obsess over their daughters, but girls remain affectionate for a hell of a lot longer than sons tend to so this may explain it.

That's weird. I dunno. Me and my brothers never had curly hair so I suppose we never experienced this female 'hair rage'. But then, my dad only rarely took us for haircuts. I think he just didn't give a shit either way
