I think we have the weird thing here where unpasteurised cheese are not allowed in unless they are famous. So we can get some (like roquefort for the past few years) but mostly we can't and our cheese makers are not allowed to sell unpasteurised cheeses either.

For the cheesycurious among you Époisses is the cheese that separates the men from the boys. I have personally witnessed (it was my cheese) a triple bagged Époisses clear out a train carriage of horrified commuters. My upstairs neighbor used to age hers on a balcony, exposed to the elements it would get extra "creamy".

The smell can be so strong that I find that a good cheese will actually make the back of your nose run, it's like the smell is liquefying your brain. It goes without saying that all this is worth it, Époisses is simply the best fucking cheese ever.

This owns. The gym I use to go to for my morning workouts had at most 1 or 2 people in it - and they were just oldies on the cycles or steppers.
Having an entire gym to yourself makes it so much more enjoyable.
