I was thinking that the drum beat was too cool for an Astromech, but proved wrong - wonder who tipped off Max Rebo... survives a fiery death once again!

Deep fake is getting better, but I think they missed a bit when he jumped on the cow thingies head. And I knew as soon as he strapped on the backpack that he'd do the jump flippy thing!

At least Tem appeared in this episode of the Book of Mando...

And the boy almost fudged his huggies when he saw the start of the Lawrence of Arabia long shot with the silhouetted man in the hat... Wasn't that how Boba got the helmet dent in the Clone Wars deleted scene?

This episode was great!

One of my favourite so far. And ditto to the flippy thing

Season 1 was pretty intense, altho some was cheese.

I'm still not 100% convinced Winta McGrath isn't Melanie Lynskey's kid. He looks so much like she did in Heavenly Creatures.

It was great seeing Luke and Ashoka together. Luke still rocking the same outfit from Return of the Jedi. He looked fresh tho, did we see what his living digs were like, his laundry/tailor bot does a good job.

Garsa's Sanctuary getting a'sploded was sad I thought.

The technology was distracting, the deep fake was really well done, but it seems the better it is the more jarring the canyon.

Fan service is becoming gratuitous. But if that's what it takes for a Timothy Olyphant gun fight, then it's a price worth paying.

Book Reacher would never have allowed himself to be beaten up like the Kliner goons did in the last couple of episodes. I can see why it was necessary for TV drama, but it just didn't feel right.

Book Neagley was not a funny wisecracking sidekick. Again I can see why the producers made her TV character so, but it felt wrong.

WTF was Picard doing there at the end?

Junkfood telly just like the junkfood book it was based on.

Similar experience to when i saw the sequels. I enjoyed sitting down and watching it as some popcorn tv. Questioned a few creative choices, but enjoyed the ride more or less. Once it was over though, the more I thought about it, the more I disliked it.
Massive step down from Mando's season finales IMO.

Please keep RR away from Star Wars in future.

Still strong dislike for the mighty morphin power rangers on their m&m racers. Also expected much more from Cad Bane ... was also stoked when he showed up last episode, loved him in CW and BB, but then Boba took him far too easily for the bad ass he's meant to be.

"If that's not the quactor calling the stiffling slimy" got a laugh out of me

That all sounds great, I just wish we could see some of it take place on Tatooine. An entire galaxy of locations and we get to see fucking all of it except Tatooine. I just don't understand why that particular place has been so ignored by all Star Wars movies and TV shows.

From what they said it seems like Cad Bane took Boba in after Jango died, but for his own ends, belittling Jango, treating Boba violently. The moment was about finally reversing that role. And showing how Bane is wrong. Boba overcome Bane with what he learnt from his time with the Tuskens, who Bane sneered at.

I thought the hanging of the mayor was surprisingly metal for Disney.

Nice happy endings for everyone tho was more on-brand.

It looks terrible, the CGI bad and from what I heard about the set it was written on the fly and the rookie showrunners were out of their depth.. Look them up, they're uncredited as Star Trek: Beyond writers then got handed the keys to a $1 billion franchise? Lmao. Only Gennifer Hutchison has some decent writing credits. Bryan Cogman wrote some average to series-worst GoT episodes. The rest... meh. They don't even have the rights to half of Tolkiens books. This is going to be 'last two seasons of GoT' bad.
