Had a few 'initiative' movements where we used solar panels to power off site monitoring equipment. Was supposed to be cleaner than periodically running generators to charge batteries, save the planet etc. etc.

All the solar panels got cut down and stolen. Back to running dirty gens. GG Northland.

Not sure if this is the place, but the old girl gets it online and sometimes it is shipped overnight on ice from Fiji if they have none caught locally.

Will give that site a try, me thinks.

Sashimi nom nom nom. It's dumb when you go to places called 'seafood galore' to buy seafood and they have a miserable selection of smelly fish.

Martin Atkinson really, really should be sacked. United were poor after taking the lead but the selective refereeing is a joke. This a year after the same prick ignored a blatant foul to let Terry's "winner" stand. If people want to complain about poor refereeing, at least be consistent and have people like Atkinson and Clattenburg all fed to the rubbish truck where they belong.

Agree with you totally.

They need to GTFO but rooney shouldn;t have been playing due to elbow and clattenberg stating "I punished him, its right"

ahh well. gotta be some advantage to be playing at home.

And you have to wonder what the Premier League is thinking by appointing this idiot for this fixture, given his history. I don't often bang on about referees but if that guy wasn't bought or a Chelsea fan, he's gotta have some of the worst eyesight problems around.

My heart is bleeding for the poor Man United players who had inconsistent refereeing decisions go against them for the first time ever.

I am however incredibly gutted that they lost. As a Spurs supporter, the Chavs winning really stomped on us while helping out the Scum.

Management at my work OMG today.

They have made everything in the café free since the quake. Some people will be taking advantage of it, but for me it's one less thing for the wife to be stressing about when she hasn't got water and limited power. Many supermarkets near our place are either closed or running on very limited stock, so the ability to make a lunch is severely restricted.

For some of us, it may be the only bit of variation from barbequed freezer dregs they are getting.

Today it's a bowl of chilli and a can of Coke.

I tried to buy a box of Coke yesterday, but the supermarket had sold out.

You're correct - they were smiling at you, not with you.

I belong to this tiny little comm on LJ that has a couple of dozen girls on it. One of the girls got a wildcard for the Burton US Open, she just arrived in Stratton this morning, lost her bags, got talking with Sage Kotsenburg and Ellery Hollingsworth at the airport because Sage had also lost his bag, and they've invited her to go and crash with them tonight. That's just so unbelieveably cool, my gears are so oiled for her right now. Just getting a place at the Open was her dream and now she's meeting some of her snowboarding idols? Epic.

I didn't understand any of that, from comm on LJ through to Ellery Hollingsworth, I'm completely lost, and I certainly don't know what's good about it. Oh god, it's early onset Alzheimers, isn't it?
