It amuses me that this is the lost page, veritably the page that was not found.

Reading the title in the tab bar I thought something had gone wrong.

No doubt this will invoke Meatball's nerd rage, but I see the amusement factor.

With "cheating" I thought Tiger was cheating at Golf.

But cheating on his wife, who the fuck cares (except the two of them and Woman's Weekly readers)?

If Tiger got caught cheating at golf, I'd be interested. If he got caught cheating on his wife, I don't give a shit.

When you're making that much money in professional sport and in good physical shape, I'd be upset at Woods if I found out that he never cheated on his wife.

I thought Tiger was a smart guy, guess not. If ya want mad biches either don't get married or marry someone who's ok with it. Committing to one woman then rooting another is just asking for a big mess.

Say I worked in Auckland CBD and my fiance worked in Whenuapai, what would be a good medium between the two to look at houses to rent? All I've been told so far is Te Atatu South is a nice area.

I don't know the area at all I would really like to find a nice neighbourhood around there, does anyone know of any?

I don't care about traffic, I'm currently commuting from Manurewa to CBD and have no problem with it. Fiance doesn't care much either, we just want a nice, genuine neighbourhood that we can start our life on properly.

I've been pointed to Te Atatu South and Pt Chev, there's some nice ones in Te Atatu South but Pt Chev seems just a smidge too close to town for me.

So there's another Intelligence Squared debate happening soon.

http://events.intelligencesquared.co...?event=EVT0204

Richard Harries and Charles Moore v. Richard Dawkins and A C Grayling. The topic being "Atheism is the new Fundamentalism".

This always strikes me as a retarded argument. Typically, the argument would go 'rah rah religion is bad', to which the religious go "oh yeah? Well you're fundamentalist/atheism is a religion!" in some way to deflect, but ... well, ignoring not only the self-ownage but the concept of atheism. It reminds me of the discussion between Towlie and a book publisher:

Publisher: So, there's just one thing that would stop us from publishing your book.
Towlie: ...?
Publsher: You're a towel.
Towlie: YOU'RE a towel!
Publisher: No, I'm a human. You're a towel.
Towlie: YOU'RE a towel!

Depends on semantics and how you play the term 'fundamentalism'. If you use a general definition of 'strict adherence to any set of basic ideas or principles', then you could classify atheists as fundamentalists, especially since they go to such lengths to refute theists and advocate their non-belief (thereby satisfying the caveat of strict adherence).

Theist arguments are generally retarded. That's no revelation. You shouldn't let it rub you up so bad though, and be more accepting of the fact that other people may adhere to a more illogical belief structure than yourself.

Cool , was good seeing the Catholics get owned in the last one. Kinda don't need to see these arguments any more. The problem is the Atheist can generally live fine with the Religious person having freedom of thought. The Religious person needs to control others thoughts to make their reality work.

I'd pay good money to go to a springer-esque show where some random old fat hooker trots out with some line like "Aw Richard I have to tell you, you have a baby and he's 45 years old" with the crowd all "boooooooooo" and "oh no you di-n't!".

Can't say I've ever had any religious person try to 'control' my thoughts.

Can you elaborate on that?
