Hmm, that makes me annoyed. Prior to solar, I remember getting yearly letters from the my (then) power company saying they have checked and we are on the right plan.
So basically I could have paid too much because 1; I didn't realise I could with Solar and 2; they didnt review my details.

Time for a new power company.
