Does that company even have 20 years left? If memory serves it was a bit of an old school company that wasn't much for moving with the times. Probably still running Lotus Notes.

Left management and got back on the tools a couple of years ago. Started a Pty Ltd and am currently contracting privately to a govt owned corp in a cyber/infrastructure role. Great immediate team of contractors, standard govt environment (i.e. woeful) but a well-meaning internal team, 99% WFH with client-paid travel and accom up the coast from BrisneyLand once a fortnight ... no complain of product
