^^^ I was surprised they got that far - at one point before they were identified, they were speculating that it was after the tunnels in Kaikoura because of the clearances. I understand the bodies were on a canvas covered wagon, not on top of a boxcar - although they may have been knocked off the top of a boxcar onto a canvas one - or they could have been on a canvas one and prarie dogged a bit high at the wrong time.

last two nights i've had nightmares, f.r.

can't remember the previous night but last night dreamt that my house was broken into and cleaned out. whilst going mad because they had taken my backup dvd's as well and while trying to track them down, it turns out that a mate of mine is somehow involved with the people that did it.

the setting was weird: everyone lived in what seemed to be either underground or inside a very large building, where your front door opened into a tunnel. i caught up with the cunts, and discovered that transport consisted of funny cart like things that could latch onto one another, forming a train. these guys had filled up trains of these carts with the contents of peoples houses.

i get rid of that by "flushing" the nasal cavity with warm water. Easy to do in the shower. Tilt your head back and let the water up your nose. Hold, swish it around a little. then blow!

Other people prefer warm water with a bit of salt in it and snort it from a bowl. Swish around, then blow. Its a good thing to do to prevent infections too.

The official method of warm water through the nose is done with something called a Netty(/Neti/Netti) Pot - there's plenty of home made guides on youtube/google afaik I think Neti is the most common name.

it's a very good way to GET infections, too. the water you use should be pre-boiled, ie from a kettle. the utensils you use should be washed with boiling water. in addition, you should use salt to help with the sterility of the water. iodised salt can be irritating. don't forget to wash your hands.

my drum stool is coming apart. Its not the hinges or bolts or feet or anything like that that you'd expect. It's the shaft itself which has literally bent and snapped... twice! I'm not going to sit on it anymore as it's now getting too low from missing bits, what sucks about this is that i dont have anything else to sit on.
