I'm shooting at 1.25 speed with that bow.
Chewing though my arrows dam fast.

Its the 2nd or 3rd best Bow in the game apparnelty with a less than 1% drop rate or there abouts, according to the stats on Thottbot.

Seen 3 epics drop and have two of them. lei of lillies and ring of the dragon lord. stockade pauldrons was other one which went to warrior.

lei of lillies is absolute crap, wish had sold it but had hopes might be sorta good.

ring of dragon lord is okay, limited use but free pw:s basically every 30mins and can see a use for it for travelling since basically it can be up for 30mins constantly so will always have pw:s up if rogues attack. The mana regen boost is okay as well for when instancing and not getting hit.

lei of lillies is so crap :P, you can get the gemshard necklace from the princess which is just as good without the ability to make food that RESETS THE POTION TIMER, and it has a cooldown of ONE HOUR

Between Efftee and myself we've seen Lei of Lillies, Ringof the Dragon Lord, Stockade Pauldrons, Hurricane, Deathstriker (twice), Pristine Hide of the Beast (which got ninja'd off me), and was in the same area but not the same party when Krol dropped for a guildmate.

Wasn't a drop, brought it for 115g - looks like it is the second best 2H axe in game. And considering Brainhacker (best 2H axe) goes for 900g I think I got a good deal.

I have a belt that has an arcane damage over time, scorpid sting and the bleed on this mean I can walk away from a battle and chances are the person will still die. (But the cahnces of all 3 landing are pretty small)

I take it you were in a pickup group for that to happen?

Best way is to avoid pickup groups mate, unless you totally doing it for XP and not loot, unless you can be master looter.
But then you probley won't get a group then

You just can't trust people.

Only group with fellow guildies, that way you don't get no tards and it *should* always be fair.
