EG a hole in the lounge floor for rubbish disposal. Cooking in the oven by burning wood in the warmer drawer.

I'm assuming market averages. I'm also assuming that your firm would pay above average market rate, hence why you're there.

I'm sure you're aware, but: it's been longer since 10,000 Days and ::now:: than any of the gaps between Tool's albums.
I don't like our chances of anything new - not even sure if a new Tool album is going to show up at all this year, what with the new Puscifer album out.
