I'm not spending a lot of time crying about Sivi not being in the side either, to be honest.

Lenards intercept was fucking magic!
Howlett was awesome too, awesome hard tackles, good under the ball, WD!

Mortlock, by fuck the ABs just can't put that man down, he runs through them like they are standing still, WTF is with that!

Woodcock, tough cunt of the year award! SCRUMSCRUMSCRUM! TRY!

I dunno - I think Gear's been ok under bombs. I'm not taking away from Howlett, he had an awesome defensive game last night, but I made my comment (wrongly) assuming it wouldn't be pissing down - so I thought the backs would come into it more (which they obviously didn't). And for ball-in-hand running I still think Gear is the guy we need before Howlett.

Anyways - GG All Blacks!

this thread smells of euphoria.

i thought it was a pretty good test overall, although i would have liked to see a couple more tries...there were a couple of times where all the oz players were grouped together like flies on shit, but the ABs failed to notice/take advantage of the situation.

if australia can do something about fatty, they will give the Abs a run for their money in the WC

...but as it stands now, I think the ABs will be adding a nice gold trophy to their tally soon.

Yep - well done, even if he was batting for the other side...
Probably the only one in the village.

That's a fair cop. I won't even make light of his blowing technique. Or how he didn't like Dunning going down. He even hurried up George when he was slow to put it in.

Yep, same old story of Aussies collapsing the scrums and us getting penalsed for it. I sure hope the ref's establsh some consistency in this area come world cup time.
