Dear Hurricanes,

I am 32 years old. I do not need to die of heart failure.

Thank you.

PS Was all prepared to blame a loss on Rince for wearing his Hurricanes jersey to work today, but it turns out that might be a *good* thing.

Well, I must've been wrong about the points. He definitely had 100+ points and was ranked at #105. I saw it, so it must be the troof.

Frickin' 'Canes. Jebus...

Noooo, I was so close to have a perfect round. Only got the force V Lions game wrong (if only they had of missed a conversion), and the margin of the hurricanes game.

Oh well, 37/48 is pretty good.

God damn 'Canes... just lose ffs!! And I REALLY have to stop backing the chiefs to ever win. 4 games in a row... but I know the second I stop they'll win one.

Yeah, I backed occasional back the chiefs, but they have just gone over to SA, where the don't do too well.
Highlanders came back to the house of pain, good time to pick them.
All oz teams suck at the moment, pick against them (I didnt with the force and it backfired)

24 points. Good week for me compared to my mates - should put me into first place I think.

p.s. tell me someone put money on the stormers! 16-1 odds. Would have been tidy.

still doing alright overall: "You have 158 points, and you're ranked in position 178 out of 154,173 players."

guy at work got 40 points! picked one of the draws, & bulls over teh brumbies & the sharks over the crusaders.... but then again he's the same person who confirmed the eketahuna translation in this thread.... but he didn't back the stormers.

Stuck with them for the first 3 weeks but then went with the form but who's going to bick a fucking draw??? Probably going to be their best result all fucking year .

Warriors mk2.... Waikato <> Chiefs.

Didn’t realise I was this bitter.....at least the Crusaders fucked up and scored me some extra points.

Ahoy there,

I do TAB as opposed to your virtual league, but i fcertainly feel your grief and disappointment, only on a slightly magnified scale due to the monetary loss that goes with such vicious upsets and stupid draws!!@!@!

I had a strong gut feeling that the Hurricanes would lose, but my head said otherwise. The backline has looked stagnant and flat all season, and the wins have been lucky to say the least. I did a multi of Blues 13+, Hurricanes 13+, Brumbies 12-, Reds 12-, Sharks 12 -, how wrong was I! Thought the Hurricanes, Blues and Sharks were all safe bets, and that the brumbies and reds were the only leftfield punts.

What are people banking on this weekend? To get the ball rolling i'm thinking:

Blues/Lions: Blues 13
Highlanders/Reds: Highlanders 12-
Brumbies/Stormers: Brumbies 12-
W Force/ Hurricanes: Hurricanes ??? - i'm definitely not betting on this one with confidence.
Waratahs/ Bulls: Bulls 12-
Cheetahs/ Sharks: Sharks 13+

Would appreciate some suggestions by those who have found success in the virtual pools.

This week, I have a feeling it will be all the home teams, with just about all going 13+

Cheetahs have home adv. over the sharks but you surely wouldn't back them for the win.

Waratahs/Bulls seems to be the most dubious matchup in terms of picking a winner, let alone a margin.

Hurricanes/Force should be all Hurricanes, especially considering the Force have never won at home. But again, the Hurricanes' unpredictability means any result could pan out and it would fail to surprise me.

I didn't actually pick 13+ home team for all games.
I changed the Brumbies game to 13+ last minute, because I read they were going to attack hard in the game.
I also had Hurricanes to win, and Warratahs only by 12-.
So its only 16/24 at the mo
