I keep thinking the Cheetahs will eventually get their act together and at least keep one close but they keep getting obliterated. Four times they actually scored a try but managed to knock the ball forward over the try line, that's at least 20 more points they would have had, they really need to learn how to finish, it's terrible really.

lol. Getting double figures was an achievement this week. Most people managed to pick the Highlanders and that was about it :P

Jeez you think big, staying ahead of this pack will be hard enough believe me. You don't seem very consistent I'm going to take you down

Not very consistent?

So getting 29pts 2 weeks in a row, and having my overall ranking go from 20k -> 5k -> 2k -> 605th for the last 4 weeks not good enough for you?

Pfft - 'sif you'll get back in the lead, brah...

I was actually being sarcastic, you've almost gotten the same score every week, that's about as consistent as it gets! I wasn't being sarcastic about the taking you down bit though

Looks as though the chiefs have found their mojo with enough time in the comp to qualify for the semi's this year.

Just hoping they can take their form with them when they get on the road.

I'm comin' up inside ya caff!

Yeah Zero I was bluffing, it's true the Chiefs usually lose their first game on tour but they're usually riddled with all black injuries by that stage. Pretty tricky for the current team to lose when they make nil handling errors, pretty unstoppable, defense is shit though, they get 50+ in 2 matches in a row but let both teams run in bonus point tries, wtf

Hmm... struggling with deciding this week's games. Although I found this handy website recently: http://www.lassen.co.nz/s14tab.php

It's got shitloads of stats - might help people make some choices

Well, considering I found it by typing "super 14 results" in Google and it's the 3rd result, I imagine many people here already know about it.

And anyways... it's clearly not helping you this year

Yes but a lot of people might not think of doing that :P To be fair, past results haven't been very helpful this season. e.g. Hurricanes not beating Crusaders in Christchurch in the last 7 years, Waratahs never beating the Blues at Eden Park. If you based your picks on history this year you've probably come up short most of the time

I'm doing okay, I'm just chillin' in your slipstream

Yeah, that was a bit of a worry - but I assumed it was a homage to Murray Mexted (I think he said something similar once)...

As for this week - 23 points. Not such a great week, but then again no one seemed to have a really good one. If anyone picked the Cheetahs to ream the Sharks I'd be well impressed!

Oh yeah.

The one weekend where I forgot to put my picks in, and everyone else has a blinder = overtaken by 7 of you; dropped from top 1,000 to outside 10,000 overall

Oh well...

ps: Good work Clay; 50 points and into contention
