Also, why is it called a push bike? If you are pushing it, you are doing it wrong.

When did they start calling bike's push-bikes? Is this an old phrase or a new trend? I just call push-bike's bikes and motorbikes motorbikes. Fuckin' simple ... why do we have to keep changing things

dewpoint being the temperature at which water in the air starts to condense also, the ambient temperature cant go below the dewpoint, hence it gets so stuffy at night because the surface air cant cool off. and vice versa, the dewpoint cant increase past the ambient temperature. all of which are very important when reading skew-t sounding diagrams, and hence, finding thunderstorm potential in the atmosphere.

Reading a random wikipedia article on Pachinko etiquette:
"Next, it is taboo to ever touch another player's balls." Really? I thought that was simply an assumed rule for life, not just Pachinko. |

That doesn't sound like real humidity. That sounds like a muggy day and happened to be raining at the same time. Real humidity permeates your soul.

So I'm flicking through my health insurance policy document, and it turns out that I can get a hospital cash allowance if I'm admitted to a public hospital for 2 or more nights. I was admitted to a public hospital in 2007 TWICE for two or more nights....yeah it may be 14+ months late but I'm going to give them a call in the morning and see if they'll give it to me. There are also quite a few other things in my policy that I had no idea about, it sure pays to be aware of these things I guess.

Sweet - just got to take the one of the Meridian i MiEVs for a blat through Welly in the rain. Quite a cool little car, decent amount of acceleration, and 160 KM on one charge isn't too bad at all. Looks like a shopping trolley but I'd be prepared to go there if I could stop using petrol.

Hey I do know what you're on about - I'm just being obtuse.
They're actually quite roomy inside so you probably wouldn't need a trailer to take your Mum places. |
