I'm on the drums. A bit too hungover to do anything else that day lol.
Basically the director did it for free (just covered his costs) as long as he can use it for his portfolio or something

Heh, bit like a story my Nana told me about Mum when she was early teens: Saw a circus, went down to the trees on the back paddock and set up a rope-walk. fell off and got three nails in her leg. Limped back to the house and roughly dressed it herself, didn't tell anyone.

Couple of weeks later the wound is infected and starting to smell, finally tells Pop, ends up spending the next two days in hospital (over 100kms away).

Also used to be a keen hunter until the age of 10 (when she started sabotaging the hunts with Pop), and was still a competitive target-shooter right up until she left the parental home for NZ at the age of 15, on her own. Still has some of the trophies too.

It amused me when this hit the news - I was watching the F-Word (Gordon Ramsay's show) at the time. In the break they talked about how it was getting lots of attention, people upset, blah blah, then after the break they came back and Gordon did exactly the same thing, in just as gory a fashion to the turkeys he and his kids had been raising for Christmas.

Honest to God, Ramsay's was way more affronting, having spent a few previous shows watching the birds "grow up", complete with names and personalities and kids playing with them - why Jamie got all the attention I just don't know.

Was just a kitten at the time: The loaf of bread almost weighed as much as he did and was certainly bigger then him. He proceeded to tear it apart piece by piece while I was standing there laughing my arse off.
