Most likely it bonds to any surface, just after spraying - then hardens into slippery stuff on the air-exposed side due to some chemical crap.

One of the big-brand toilet cleaners has teflon it in. You can get cars teflon-coated, and it has the same finish as car paint. Frying pans have thick and textured teflon coating, but it's not a teflon trait.

as for the toilet cleaner thing, i know that exists but all that's going to do is make the cleaner slide off the clingons better, the concept of a completely and permanently stick proof coating on a bowl is a bloody good idea, especially if you've been working with the gentlemen (read: sloppy disgusting crap monkeys) that work here

Nah, shoe shopping is evil. I don't do it if I can help it. Screw sizing shoes by trial and error online though. I'd rather spend ten minutes in a store than spend days sending shit backwards and forwards, trying to get a good fit in a nice style.
