My son was being allowed a minute or so of playing on our music teacher’s drums at the end of our lessons while I packed up the ukuleles and music books/sheets/folders.
Turns out he’s a bit of a natural and also super keen on the drums so I’ve given him my time slot to get drum lessons.
We’re on meagre average incomes but I have no qualms with spending money like this on the lad’s education. Totally worth it of course. If only we had the space for a real drum kit at home ...
