But yet Ab quoted Margarita Simonyan, the editor-in-chief of the state-owned broadcaster RT saying the options are Russian victory or nuclear war. That's like saying HBO's John Oliver gets to decide how many M1A1 tanks to send to Saudi Arabia to obliterate Yemen.
