Why must people register mx records against their alternative domain names that don’t actually accept mail?
Eg company is actually using a dot-com where all their mail goes but then they also register a dot-co.nz and list mx records for it with nothing behind those ip addresses to accept nor reject mail.
Means that anyone trying to email them gets repeated retry failures rather than a fatal bounce.
