Yesterday while jogging around the park I saw an eccentric looking guy laying in the pavement, so I thought that was the eccentric looking guy doing his eccentric thing. Coming around after about 5 mins, he was attended by paramedics. It looked like he collapsed. I feel bad ignoring that poor guy
