Because... why? Banks wasn't an MP. It happened before he was in parliament. If he got stood down, Labour is going to start finding MPs who got speeding tickets before they were MPs and demand they be stood down.
What is it that Banks has actually done wrong? Declared donations under $25,000 as anonymous because they... they were under $25,000 and you are allowed to declare them as anonymous?
