Unfortunately there's no one silver bullet to fix the problem, but increasing supply by a lot would be a start.
While it is definitely easier to change your tune in opposition, I would actually prefer politicians to change their views rather than sticking to their guns on something that is so wrong.
And there is only so long that you can blame a previous government. I think the the second term is that point. Yes policies can take a while to start to have a real effect, but I have to agree that Labour has really done shit all.
