Maybe we need the laws to change that mean it is now a crime and you can be arrested if you are carrying more than a 6 pack of beer or 1 bottle of wine.
And definitely limit the number places that you can consume alcohol.

Actually thats a bad example. Because people voted no to that. So we should be outright banning alcohol
