I too have my doubts about Nonu. Personally I'd rather see a McAlister + Smith combo or a Kahui + Smith midfield combo for reliability's sake.
However, comparing him to Lauaki is pretty harsh. Never before have I seen a player perform in a manner as if they were intentionally sabotaging the match, until I saw Lauaki play in Sydney.
Someone needs to ensure that him and Andy Ellis never make it back to the team.
